The application deadline is approaching rapidly. We accept enrollments until March 15, 2024. After this date, registration will close for this session, and the next intake will not be available until September 2024.

We recommend submitting your application as soon as possible, as places are limited to 30 participants per session. Once capacity is reached, we will close enrollment even before the official deadline.

This program is suitable for apartment owners, renters planning long-term stays, and anyone interested in optimizing their living space. No prior experience in interior design or home improvement is required.

Our participants typically include young professionals moving into their first apartments, families looking to reorganize their homes, and individuals preparing for renovations. The course adapts to different skill levels, from complete beginners to those with some DIY experience.

The curriculum includes 8 comprehensive modules covering space planning, storage optimization, lighting design, color selection, furniture arrangement, budget management, sustainable materials, and maintenance strategies.

Each module combines theoretical knowledge with practical exercises. You will learn to measure and plan your space accurately, select appropriate materials within budget constraints, and implement solutions that work for your specific apartment layout and lifestyle needs.

The program runs for 6 weeks, with two 2-hour sessions per week. Sessions are scheduled on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 18:30 to 20:30, making it convenient for working professionals.

Additionally, you receive access to our online platform for 3 months after course completion, where you can review recorded sessions, download materials, and participate in alumni discussions. The total time commitment is approximately 24 hours of live instruction plus 10-15 hours of self-paced practice.

We offer both formats. In-person sessions take place at our training center on Oborishte Street, № 88 in Sofia. Online sessions are conducted via Zoom with full interaction capabilities, including screen sharing, breakout rooms for group work, and live Q&A.

Both formats follow the same curriculum and provide equal access to instructors. Online participants receive digital materials immediately, while in-person attendees get printed workbooks. You can choose your preferred format during registration, and switching between formats is possible with 48 hours notice if space permits.

The standard fee is 420 BGN for the complete 6-week program. This includes all course materials, access to the online platform, a comprehensive workbook, measurement tools kit, and a certificate upon completion.

Early registration (before March 1) qualifies for a 15% discount, reducing the fee to 357 BGN. We also offer a payment plan option: 50% upon enrollment and 50% before the third session. Group discounts are available for 3 or more participants from the same household or workplace.

We provide a starter kit that includes a measuring tape, graph paper, pencils, and a color wheel. For practical exercises, you will need basic items from your own apartment: photos of your rooms, measurements of your space, and examples of furniture or decor you currently own.

Optional but helpful items include a smartphone or camera for documenting your space, a notebook for personal observations, and samples of materials or colors you are considering. All specialized tools for demonstrations are provided during in-person sessions.

Yes, participants who attend at least 10 out of 12 sessions and complete the final project receive a Certificate of Completion from UrbanHomeAnswers. This document confirms your participation and the skills covered during the program.

The certificate is not a professional qualification but demonstrates your commitment to learning practical apartment solutions. Many participants include it in their personal portfolios or use it when working with contractors and designers to show their understanding of home improvement principles.

Absolutely. Our online format is specifically designed for participants throughout Bulgaria and beyond. You will have the same learning experience as in-person attendees, with live interaction, group discussions, and personalized feedback.

Online participants from cities like Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, and Ruse have successfully completed previous sessions. The time zone is EET (Eastern European Time), and all sessions are recorded, so if you occasionally miss a live session due to schedule conflicts, you can watch the recording within 24 hours.

Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 7 days before the course start date. Cancellations made 3-6 days before the start receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 3 days before the first session or after the course has begun.

In exceptional circumstances (medical emergencies, family situations), we offer the option to transfer your enrollment to the next available session instead of a refund. This must be requested in writing to [email protected] with appropriate documentation.

Yes, we encourage couples or family members to enroll together, as home decisions often involve multiple people. Each person must register separately, but we offer a group discount of 10% when 2 people from the same household enroll, and 15% for 3 or more.

Our Story
