1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Course Fees

All course fees must be paid in full before access to course materials is granted, unless alternative payment arrangements have been explicitly agreed upon in writing. Prices are subject to change, but registered students will be honored at the rate quoted at the time of their application.

3.2 Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of enrollment. After this period, course fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval. Administrative fees may apply.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, presentations, and downloadable resources, are the exclusive property of UrbanHomeAnswers and are protected by copyright laws. Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use these materials solely for personal educational purposes.

Students may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share course materials with unauthorized third parties
• Record, screenshot, or copy course content for commercial purposes
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from course materials
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings

5. Student Conduct and Responsibilities

Students are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct throughout the course. This includes interactions with instructors, fellow students, and support staff. UrbanHomeAnswers reserves the right to remove any student who engages in disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

5.1 Academic Integrity

Students must complete all assignments and assessments independently unless group work is specifically assigned. Plagiarism or cheating will result in immediate dismissal from the course.

6. Course Access and Technical Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technical equipment and internet connectivity to access course materials. Minimum requirements include a modern web browser, stable internet connection, and compatible device. UrbanHomeAnswers is not liable for technical issues arising from the student's equipment or internet service provider.

7. Limitation of Liability

UrbanHomeAnswers provides educational content for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from implementing course teachings. Students apply course knowledge at their own risk and discretion.

UrbanHomeAnswers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from course participation or use of course materials.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued participation in the course following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Termination

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these terms or course participation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in София, Bulgaria.
